Overall, the house itself needs renovation and repairs, and it feels like the property is located in a low area or pit. Positive: We had a wonderful stay with our family at this private house. I would especially like to mention that the pool table was excellent, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and table tennis. The beds were very comfortable, and the washing machines worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed, the room cooling worked very well, and the keyless entry was very convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family. Negative: However, there were a few things we did not like. The outdoor terrace was not well maintained or cozy and did not match the photos on the website — there was tall grass and large holes in the ground. The jacuzzi cover was damaged, and the outdoor grill worked very poorly. A large neighbor’s dog would often run into the yard, which made it unsafe for children to go outside by themselves. Also, the blinds in the bedroom were not working properly.

Perfect for family and friends Positive: Very spacious, so much fun for a big group. Very clean upon arrival and good communication from owners. Love the kitchen, hot tub, pool tables, etc. Perfect locations to go visit yosemite. Negative: Everything was good!
